Hematite rock tumbling rough by the pound

Hematite around a 6 on the hardness scale. I was always drawn to this one at any rock shop looked like Liquid Metal when polished. According to ancient lore, large surface deposits of hematite mark the site of ancient battles, where the blood of fallen soldiers flowed into to the ground.
