A photo-savvy buddy of mine took some macro shots of a few of my Serape Jasper tumbles, and I figured I’d share a couple of them with y’all here. It’s easy to get lost in the visual richness and intricate detail of this gorgeous material. All the more so when it tumbles up so nicely thanks to Clay’s judicious use of a rock saw. Seriously, I feel spoiled now—why buy premium-priced crushed rock that you’ll spend weeks grinding halfway to dust eliminating pits and divots when you can just get some nicely hand-cut stuff that has fewer imperfections and breezes through the tumbling stages in a fraction of the time? Thanks, Clay!

Great photos! Thanks for sharing!
